Welcome to Ed-Art, my world of watercolor art!

About Me: Several years ago as I was picking up papers blowing around my yard I noticed they were actually play pieces my children had made with their little black tins of watercolor and crayons. As I picked up the paper, paints and brushes, I started to play or doodle with them myself. I painted the scene across the road from our house . It hangs on the family room wall today over thirty years later. My actual job through the years has been as a industrial designer for products, tools and machines. So all the mechanical drawings I made through the years were preparing me to become an artist.

Original Art: Recently I've been painting original paintings on 5" x 7" cards, which come with their own 5"x7" frame.  These cards serve a dual purpose, firstly, as a unique greeting for a loved one on a special occasion, and, once framed, they fill a place as a sentimental, beautiful and lasting work of art.  I paint them on commission, so take a look below at some past paintings, then order your own customized work of art.
